We are proud to announce that Tom Ausley, Kris Algert, Eric Robertson, and JoAl Cannon Sheridan have been named 2009 Texas Super Lawyers by Texas Monthly in the practice area of family law.  Only 5% of Texas attorneys receive this honor each year.  The selection process includes peer nominations, a panel review process and independent research on candidates.  Tom Ausley also was listed as one of the "Top 50" for the Centaral and West Texas region. 

And a reminder that back in March, Kelly Caperton Fischer was selected as a 2009 Texas Rising Star by Law and Politics and the publishers of Texas Monthly.  A "Texas Rising Star" is a top lawyer who is 40 years old or younger or who has been in practice 10 years or less.  Candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
