Kelly Caperton Fischer was selected as a 2010 Texas Rising Star by Law and Politics and the publishers of Texas Monthly.  A "Texas Rising Star" is a top lawyer who is 40 years old or younger or who has been in practice 10 years or less.  Candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Kelly also was a Texas Rising Star in 2009.
