Please call our office at 512.454.8791 and ask to speak to one of our paralegals to schedule a consultation with a lawyer.   If the paralegal cannot speak to you at the time you call, the paralegal will return your call that same business day.

You may send us an email if you prefer.  One of the paralegals will respond to your email that same day and will ask you to call our office.

The reasons why want to speak to you by phone initially:

• To ask some specific questions that will help us better understand your legal problem and determine whether we can help you;
• To check our conflicts list to make sure your spouse or another interested party has not previously met with one of our lawyers;
• To explain in more detail the time, cost, and procedure for meeting with a lawyer; and,
• Because email is not considered the most secure and confidential way to convey personal information.

 If you were referred to a specific lawyer, your appointment will be with that lawyer.  If you were referred to the firm, the paralegal will help you determine which lawyer might be most helpful to you and your situation.
