Kelly Ausley-Flores started her legal career practicing law with her father, Tom Ausley and his partner, Kristen Algert, in 1995. In 1998, Eric Robertson joined the firm. Kelly has practiced primarily family law since the time that she was licensed in 1995 and became a partner herself in 2001.
Kelly is committed to assisting her clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives placing their needs first. She also has embraced the practice and philosophy of Collaborative Family Law as a way to assist clients with their family law problems, while allowing them to maintain as much control as possible over the outcome. She completed Collaborative Family Law training in 2002.
