Eric Robertson practices Family Law in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Gillespie and Kerr Counties. He joined Ausley & Algert, L.L.P. in 1998, and became a partner in 2000. Mr. Robertson has extensive experience in the courtroom litigating high value, complex property disputes, as well as disputes involving children. Although an experienced litigator, he is also trained as a collaborative family lawyer and mediator – skills that allow him to explore all avenues of dispute resolution in order to find the most appropriate solution for his clients.
Married for 28 years to another lawyer, Mr. Robertson’s approach is pragmatic and constructive, and centered on the best interests of his clients and their children. He recognizes that divorcing couples must have a continuing relationship as parents long after their divorce is over. He understands that his clients are at a turning point in their lives, and aims to build a relationship of trust with each client based on openness, accessibility and a detailed knowledge of their situation. He offers the highest standard of service and prides himself on absolute discretion in order to protect his clients' privacy.
