The clients of Ausley, Algert, Robertson & Flores, LLP benefit from an experienced and highly regarded group of legal assistants. A legal assistant is a professional who works closely with the attorney and who often has responsibility for maintaining the client’s file, drafting legal documents, and communicating with the client. In fact, the first communication an individual has with the firm often is with one of the firm’s legal assistants. Although a legal assistant cannot offer legal advice, the legal assistant plays an important role in each family law case.
